Purchases made on Watcool.com will be subject to payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) as established in the current regulations for individuals or legal entities resident in Member States of the European Union and for those resident in non-EU countries. All prices reflected in the information of the products marketed through the page Watcool.com are understood with the Value Added Tax (VAT) included. At the time you wish to make a purchase in Watcool.com, it will be necessary to provide your personal data in order to process orders. All purchases made in Watcool.com have shipping costs included. Orders placed for the Balearic Islands will have an extra cost indicated in the shopping cart.

Payments will be made by PayPal, by Credit/Debit Card through PayPal without the need for any registration in this service, and by Bank Deposit or transfer. Payments must be made no later than 3 working days after purchase.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Only persons of legal age may purchase products through the website. Purchases by persons under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited.
All products have a detailed product sheet, which includes a description of the product, the available references and the approximate delivery date. The data included in each product sheet is for information purposes only.
Orders will only be accepted for the territories detailed in the Shipping and Returns section.
The staff available for this purpose will confirm to the buyer/customer, within a maximum of 72 hours, that their order has been registered, using the e-mail address provided by the buyer/customer. In order to optimise delivery, the buyer/customer must indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.
All product prices are inclusive of VAT. However, in the event of an error, the buyer/customer will be informed immediately upon confirmation of the order.
The normal delivery time for products is 48/72 working hours from the date of order confirmation. If for any reason the order is delayed (due to stock shortages, transport incidents, etc.), the seller will inform the buyer/customer of the cause as soon as possible and, if possible, the estimated delivery date.
The buyer/customer may pay the price of the products purchased using any of the options offered in the shop.
In the event that the buyer/customer notices an incident upon delivery of the goods, he/she must note this in the remarks on the delivery note and inform us within 24 hours so that we can claim compensation from the carrier. If this is not done within 24 hours of delivery of the goods, the carrier cannot be held liable and the seller will not be held liable either.
The buyer/customer has a period of seven working days from the date of receipt of the product to return the product. In this case, the transport costs incurred in the return shall be borne by the buyer/customer, and under no circumstances will the seller accept returns in any other way.
In any case, it is understood that the buyer/customer has been aware of the return option since he/she began accessing, browsing and using the website, which requires the reading and acceptance of these particular conditions of purchase.
The seller, the Website, will accept the return only and exclusively when the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to the buyer/customer, ready for sale, with their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
If the goods are defective, the seller shall immediately replace them with identical ones, without any additional charge to the buyer/customer within seven days from the date of delivery.
When the buyer/customer is entitled to return the product in accordance with the above conditions, he/she must request a refund by e-mail to info@watcool.com, within seven working days of receipt of the product, indicating the invoice number and the reason for which he/she wishes to return it. Once the return request has been received, the purchaser/customer will be contacted to assist him/her in this procedure.
The buyer/customer may return the product by the transport company of his/her choice or by the transport agency contracted by the website, in which case the website will invoice the cost of transport to the buyer/customer's account. In any case, the buyer/customer must prepare the product as received in order to send it to the seller's premises.
Once the product has been received at the seller's premises, it will be inspected and an email will be sent to the buyer/customer informing him/her of the acceptance or rejection of the return. The seller may only reject the return if it does not comply with these conditions.
Within thirty working days from the date of the return, the seller shall reimburse the buyer/customer for the amount of the returned product.
The purchase of products made in accordance with these conditions shall be governed by the provisions of these conditions and, where not provided for in them, by the provisions contained in Spanish law. In the event that any of the stipulations of these conditions should be null and void, such nullity shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining stipulations.
