Return due to an incident on receipt of the order

  • In the event that the customer observes any incident on delivery of the order, he/she must note it in the observations on the delivery note and inform us within 24 hours so that we can demand the corresponding compensation from the carrier.
  • If this is not done within 24 hours of delivery of the goods, the carrier cannot be held liable.

Refund due to right of withdrawal

  • The buyer/customer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the product to return the product.
  • In this case, the transport costs incurred in the return shall be borne by the customer, and under no circumstances will returns be accepted in any other way.
  • In any case, it is understood that the customer has been aware of the return option since it began accessing, browsing and using the Watcool.com website, which requires the reading and acceptance of these particular conditions of purchase.
  • In accordance with the right of withdrawal, we will accept the return only and exclusively when the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to the customer, ready for sale, in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

Return for defective product

  • If the products are defective, the seller will immediately replace them with identical ones, without additional charge to the customer within fourteen days from the date of delivery.
  • In that case, the transport costs incurred in the return are borne by the customer, and in no case, returns will be accepted otherwise. The costs for shipping the new product, shall be borne by Watcool.

Conditions

When the customer is entitled to a refund, in accordance with the provisions of the above conditions, he/she must request it by e-mail to info@dispensadoragua.org, within fourteen working days of receipt of the product, indicating the invoice number. Once the return request has been received, the customer will be contacted to assist him/her in this procedure.

The customer may return the product by the transport company of his choice or by the transport agency contracted by Watcool, in which case Watcool will invoice the transport cost at the customer's expense.

In any case, the customer must prepare the product as it was received in order to send it to the seller's facilities. In the case of water fountains or dispensers, they must follow the protocol for emptying and packaging so that they do not arrive at our facilities damaged. If this protocol is not followed correctly and the fountain arrives damaged, no refund will be made.

Once the product has been received at the Watcool facilities, it will be inspected and an e-mail will be sent to the customer informing him/her of the acceptance or rejection of the return.

Watcool may only reject the return if it does not comply with the provisions of these conditions.

Within thirty working days following the date on which the return is made, Watcool will reimburse the customer the amount of the product being returned if it meets the requirements of having arrived in perfect condition or having a manufacturing defect, in which case a new product will be sent to the customer.

The purchase of products made in accordance with these conditions shall be governed by the provisions of these conditions and, where not provided for in these conditions, by the provisions contained in Spanish law.

In the event that any of the stipulations of these conditions should be null and void, such nullity shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining stipulations.
