Destination

We ship to Spain*, Portugal*, France*, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Italy*.

*Shipments to Spain only include mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

*Shipments to Portugal do not include islands.

*Shipments to France only include metropolitan France. We do not ship to overseas territories.

*Shipments to Italy only include mainland Italy.

Shipment

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via GLS or Correos Express with tracking number and delivery with signature. 

Delivery is made within 48-72 hours after the order has been dispatched, counting on working days. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

You can track your order via www.gls-spain.es or via www.correosexpress.com with the tracking code we provide and your postcode.

During peak seasons such as Christmas, orders may be slightly delayed due to transport.

Shipping costs including handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs are FREE of charge.

We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders.

We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Pick up at our facilities

If you prefer to pick up your order at our facilities in Riba-Roja de Túria, you can do so during business hours from 8:30 to 17:30. The address is C/dels matalafers 29, Polígono Industrial Masía San Antonio de Poyo, Riba-Roja de Túria (Valencia) Spain.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it starts to be processed. From your account you will be able to view the status of the order, as soon as the status is In preparation, you will not be able to cancel the order.
